Dr. Matt Taylor grew up in Brandon, SD and attended college at the University of Nebraska Omaha. He graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 2010. Prior to graduation, Dr. Taylor completed his training at Wolfe Eye Clinic in West Des Moines, IA and The Eye Clinic at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN.

I first started using Ideal Eyecare because I moved close by but I continue to use them because they are great at what they do. Dr. Taylor is who I have as a doctor there. He explains every step and what the results mean. The staff is very professional and courteous. The only downside is they don't have a huge selection of frames.

I was very pleased walking into the building. The people who greeted me were very warm and inviting. They were all very patient with me and my 13month old daughter I brought with me which was just so amazing to me that they were so cool about her. They were super helpful with my lens choices and answered all questions very politely and generously. The doctor was very nice and patient also with my daughter being with me and was very courteous with every interaction. Even with the amount of money I spent there, that doesn’t mean anything compared to how welcome I felt at the location and respected

First time I've ever been to this place. Had a concern with flashes of light at the corner of my eye. Not sure if I just got it right, but they had me back in the office in a matter of minutes.
Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The doctor explained the situation in detail and gave me ensuring advice.
Very pleased with the visit. Scheduled to return in a month for a follow up. Will see if the time frame of the visit is as quick and informative as this one. Might be my new eye care facility.
