Services
Before we can dispense insurance billed items to patients, Insurance Companies require the following documentation. Please notify us if the item is an URGENT request for either patient discharge or home so we can dispense the item as soon as possible. 3 Wheeled Small Black Scooter can be billed through Medicare if All Mobility Requirements are met.

If I could give this place a BIG FAT ZERO stars that would still be too much for them!!~ I actually used them many years ago when my oldest son was alive. And I couldn"t remember why I stopped using them - I DO NOW!! They come off as nice people, willing to do whatever to help you, BUT in reality they are the greediest and rudest people around when you go back in to pick up or finalize whatever transaction you set up.... THey lie, they cheat you and are flat out RUDE !!!!!

Let me start by saying that my mother has used this place in the past. She uses compression socks for her legs. We have never had a problem with them. But I guess that only comes into play when you are actually outright buying something they won't get back. After the sudden death of my dad, my mother needed a wheelchair to go to his funeral. She's on oxygen 24 /7. She called and asked if they rented wheelchairs.
"We do!" Replied whichever worker was on the phone, seeing dollar signs behind her glazed eyes.
"How much is one?" questioned my mother.
"$65. We only rent by the week." She cackled

One of the worst places I've ever done business!! We took two scooters in for repair. They charged me $100 for a "diagnostic and cleaning". Said they needed batteries (at triple the price). I elected not to continue so they "disbanded" my equipment. Sold them more likely. Total crooks!! Deal with them at your own risk !!!

If I could give this place Ashley to be specific a -5 stars I would my mom had major surgery gave documents for the bed on jun 29 instead of sending the paperwork for processing she went on vacation for 2 weeks I have called every week since then get nothing but lies and no call back It is now Aug 16 still no bed medicaid has received nothing yet she claims she sent it a month ago SMH this place is the worst
