Glucose monitoring has always been a hassle. Along with having to deal with damaged or expired test trips, you have to prick your finger a few times a day for the right amount of blood to test - assuming that you've even gotten over your fear of needles. But with a FreeStyle Libre continuous glucose monitor (CGM), you don't have to worry about any of that.

I have the best experience ever!!. I honestly do not want to talk to anyone but Mrs Cook.. Marilyn is the biggest inspirational person I ever met even though we haven’t met in person!! I honestly do not want anyone to call me about my shipment every month but her!! She’s a blessing inside of a blessing!!

I have been with TMS for almost a year now and have had some issues off & on (faxes not received, supply amounts not increased as requested, a tremendous lack of communication, etc.) I received a phone call today asking if I still wanted to use their services now that the insurance issues had been fixed; I was completely confused & told her I would call back after checking my paperwork. By the time I called back, I was so upset of the lack of communication from them these few months of having services thru them that I just wanted to cancel any further services with them asap. Today, I spoke with Christina V. After a failed attempt to reach me, at my home phone number, I received a detailed text message from her. She was very sweet, to the point, helpful and not at all difficult to get in touch with, at the time I returned her call.

Some of our residents receive monthly diabetic supplies and incontinence supplies. Everyone at Total Medical are so helpful and go above and beyond to meet our residents needs. They take care of getting the needed paperwork signed from the doctors. This alone makes our job much easier. We would highly recommend Total Medical Supply to anyone needing medical supplies.

Total medical supply takes pride in their customer service and taking care of their patients. From the beginning they took care of all of the paperwork and made sure that all of our needs were met. It's nice to actually get to speak to an actual person rather than an automated recording. I definitely highly recommend total medical for any medical supply needs that you may have!
