Wow! So glad to have worked with them. Michael was great when I dropped off the laptop; Billie called with an estimate that was what Mike had predicted. Bryson, who was working on it, called with a few questions and walked me through a couple of things when I picked it up. Reasonable and efficient!! Highly recommended!

I have had the pleasure of working professionally with the owners of Galveston Computer Solutions for almost 20 years before my retirement in September 2017.They very much launched our company into the IT world around the year 2000 and before my retirement, they greatly served us with the installation of a fully integrated accounting system. Two appointments in two weeks were broken by these folks. Not very professional and when I complained the second time I was told that they had 2000 customers and my business was not important. I would never bother to call these people again.

I've been to Galveston Computer Solutions twice now, but it was this last time that blew my mind. When the owner/tech Paul told me my computer was dead, he went above and beyond in his answers to all my questions about buying a new one. I never before actually understood what a hard drive, RAM, or processor did, or how they all functioned together. This time I wanted to know, and he drew pictures for me, gave me ideas about which ones he recommended or didn't (I went home with a list), and answered about 6 million other questions. He had one new computer option right in the shop,
