For two decades, Dr. Dax Maggiore has been serving the Stuart community with natural and effective chiropractic care. From young families who love spending time outdoors in our beautiful coastal community to active seniors who refuse to sit back and relax, patients of all ages can benefit from our care.
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude on how you helped me feel. For the past 5 months I have been unable to walk without pain and I could barely take the trash to the end of my driveway without having to stop due to my back and right leg pain. Since I started coming to your office, my limp has reduced greatly- the pain is gone!
Dr. Maggiore always found the idea of helping people in a natural way to be highly appealing. So becoming a chiropractor made sense to him. Throughout his high school years, he met with various chiropractors to learn more about the profession. After earning his bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University, Dr. Maggiore attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, graduating with a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Chiropractic care entails adjusting the spine by moving individual vertebrae, releasing pressure off of nerves that go to muscles or organs of the body. Doing so also relieves pain in the process. At Maggiore Chiropractic, Dr. Maggiore provides both hands-on adjustments as well as instrument-assisted ones which use a lighter-force approach.

I love everything about Maggiore Chiropractic. Dr. Maggiore and the staff are always friendly and caring. I appreciate the time that he gives me on each visit. Not only do I get a great adjustment but he takes the time to explain to me why I might have needed the adjustment and possible stretches to help not have the same issue. Best chiropractor I've ever had. A+++
