Dr. Kemner is a Board Certified, personable chiropractor who maintains a relaxed and focused office environment ensuring attention to detail on every patient visit. Most often I can help you with the condition that you present with, however, there may be times when I need to refer the case to another health care practitioner.
Neck pain can be the result of degenerative disc disease, or DDD. The discs act as a cushion between each vertebral segment, so if they become unhealthy and deteriorated, they become more vulnerable to rupture or herniation. Whiplash is another neck condition that many car accident victims suffer from.
Intervertebral discs are located between adjacent vertebrae. A herniated disc is caused when any of these discs slip outside the normal vertebrae radius. This happens due to a tear in the annulus fibers that surround the inner jelly like material that comprises the disc. A tear causes a fragment of the disc jelly to leak out and make contact with the adjacent nerve.
Sciatica is a condition that involves the nerve that travels down both legs. It is caused by irritation or pinching in the longest and largest nerve in the body, the Sciatic nerve. The sciatic nerve is formed by the joining of several nerve roots from the lumbar and sacral area of the spine. The large nerve that is formed, then travels down both legs to innervate muscles, provide sensation and when pinched, produce pain.

I recently relocated to Stuart and needed to find a chiropractor to take over periodic maintenance visits. The excellent chiropractor who had been treating me in New Jersey referred me to Dr. Kemner, and I am very thankful for the advice. Dr Kemner was wonderful. I’m from out of town, told him what was going on and he got me in the following day. He explained what was causing the pain and what he was doing to adjust on everything. Gave me some exercises to do at home to target my specific issues. He called the next day to see how I was feeling. Wow-what doctor does that!! Highly recommend.

Been dealing with lower back and hip problems for years. Have been to other Chiropractors and Massage therapist with minimal positive results. I gave Kemner Chiropractic a call and scheduled with Kevin. On my first visit Kevin found my problem. He told me to stop carrying my wallet in my back pocket and gave me a great adjustment. Dr. Kemner provided an excellent service that I can recommend to anyone. To get my first time alignment here was very affordable in my case. Before the alignment itself he educated me why I needed one and what he does to correct the issue. The end results were huge for me giving me back range of motion and less pain. All in all he was very friendly and it was great experience.

I saw Dr Kemner last week for acute neck pain. He is a ray of sunshine- within a half hour in his office and after an adjustment; I was pain free. He also saw me the next day for further adjustment. He further stated the I could call him anytime over the weekend. Dr Kevin provides quality Chiropractic care with his vast knowledge base and expertise. He is a genuine ,open and honest, professional, courteous, doctor. As this was my first experience with a Chiropractor, it was great to discover pain relief and wellness without invasive surgery or drugs.
