This companies work is professional. Techs and sales people are very nice and easy to work with.
Their accounting department is another story. I have 2 invoices from them for a little over $800.00. They cannot tell me the breakdown of each property and keep telling me to look at their 25 page report that me or my professional accountant cannot figure out.
I am a property manager and have to bill each owner.
We have asked them for breakdowns, they agreed to do it several times and then they send a nasty gram threatening to turn us over to collections with no other communication. It has been a

I haven't been very happy with their service and finally cancelled it after being overcharged. They are difficult to schedule and hard to contact by phone. The first time they came to inspect my fire sprinkler system they did a fairly good job but could not test the pressure switch because they did not bring a garden hose to drain the system. On the second inspection they did a complete test and found an electrical problem in the pressure switch, but they can't fix it because they don't have any electricians.
