I called once to ask for inspection, they got all my info and disappeared. I called second time and had to give all the info again because their system was down. On the third day they are finally reaching out to me, but cannot make a call so ask if we can text. So I ask when they can come and see the fireplace and he says there is nothing he can do if he comes but a video inspection would be a more efficient way to check it out. (What?)He says it will cost me $325 and they offer cash or Zelle 🤣 how do you ask for cash if you don’t even want to come get it??? SCAM

After 40 years, my gas fireplace gave up the ghost. They sent Reza for a visual inspection first, because safety is the most important thing. (There is a low-hundred's charge for that.) Then they sent me a quote, which I accepted and which stayed the same through the whole process. They refurbished my whole fireplace unit, replacing it part by part, so it's the equivalent of new! Reza took it away in the morning, vacuuming and cleaning the hearth area and the flue, and brought it back, refurbished and shiny, five hours later. I'm not sure where you start. My whole experience with your customer service has been an ordeal. I was referred to you by a friend and have told this friend not to refer your company to others. I don't understand how many times someone must call to get service without having to conduct an intake every time you call and have to wait until someone calls you back. Given modern technology, I would think you would have a more efficient and seamless process of requesting service or returning a call. I would have dropped your service earlier, but unfortunately, Jeff had done the preliminary assessment

Denise was very responsive in setting up the appointment via texts, and when needed for clarifications, phone calls. I also appreciated the e-mail confirmations and the offer of an earlier appointment when it became available. The technician, Don, let me know when he was 30 minutes away and he was awesome! Don knew in a matter of minutes why the fireplace had been tagged by the Gas Co., had the necessary piece in his truck, and proceeded to take care of the issue. He was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and shared information that was/is important in using the fireplace. I highly recommend this company

I just purchased a home and had another reportedly reputable company do the chimney inspections. However, after doing my due diligence in talking with numerous fireplace companies, I chose to have Fireplace Solutions do the actual work because of how amazing they were in communicating with me, the time they took to explain things to me and the significantly better prices they offer.
I was a little nervous about going with a company whose prices were substantially lower than so many other companies because sometimes "you get what you pay for", but I couldn't be any happier with my decision. Fireplace
