Parenting has become extra stressful, to say the least. After quarantine, we refused to disappoint the kids further by cancelling our year-end recital. With no venue and safety regulations, we had to get creative. While many dance studios cancelled their shows, we turned ours into a feature film. All of our classes got to perform in costume, at various places around town!

Services
Meet our experienced dance educators who provide quality technical training while maintaining a positive environment for students to learn, grow, and have fun! We all share the strong belief in age-appropriate instruction and choreography. We encourage dancers to do their best and help them achieve their goals.
Dancers must come performance ready in full hair, make up, required shoes, & costume attire. This rehearsal is for dancers only. We cannot let anyone stay to watch. Dancers who have multiple classes may stay until their next class time. We will have a blocked off dressing room set up in the back for changing.
At Ignite Dance Center, we have an award winning performing and competitive dance team. IDC Company members require commitment, talent, eagerness to learn, passion, and a strong desire to grow as a dancer. Your child will gain new skills and grow as a person. The life lessons they learn from working with a team are invaluable.
Our polished facility has everything dancers need. We offer a sprung dance floor for injury prevention and beautiful full length mirrors. The lobby has a seating area and flat screen TV's where we live stream all of our classes for parent viewing. We have security cameras monitoring 24/7 for student safety.

The staff are all very kind and considerate. They push us to get better but not to the point where it is too much. All of the kids at this studio are also very nice and considerate. I have learned to love dance at Ignite, it is an amazing studio!!

Ignite has created an encouraging, low-stress environment for their dancers. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and love what they do which shows when the dancers come out of the class or on the stage. The communication and organization is wonderful which makes a great experience for parents. My daughter looks forward to her classes every week, and loves dancing with her “sisters” (as she puts it!). We can’t say enough good things about this studio. Just so grateful to be part of this dance family. We love Ignite Dance Center ♥️

From what I’ve seen so for it look like a beautiful and great dance experience for my granddaughter Kadence Domingo. I took dance when I was younger also ballet, tap, but I loved jazz dancing the best. Even at the advanced age of 67 I still love to dance, it keeps you young. I thing your classes are great to teach the girls structure, balance, how to follow directions and just the plain fun of dancing. Keep up the good work. . J Domingo

Our home away from home! My daughter has been dancing at Ignite Dance Studio for over a year now and there is no place comparable. We were at another studio for 5 years and it was very disorganized to say the least. We decided to find a new place and Lisa and her staff welcomed us with open arms! They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and provided us with a welcome folder that had everything about the studio, classes and recitals. Lisa and the staff at Ignite are top notch. They are energetic and friendly with both dancers and parents. Moving from out of state last summer, finding a good dance school was a top priority for our daughter. Ignite made her feel right at home and she immediately made new dance friends. The quality of instruction is definitely 5 star quality. Whether you are looking to dance for fun or for competition Ignite is the place to go!

Lisa Prentice has hired a phenomenal team of dancers for all ages, and she is an extraordinarily kind dance teacher as well. I have really enjoyed her expressive choreography, and she is always positive, which helps my young dancer gain strong confidence in her skills. The very first recital blew me away! The costumes, lighting, venue, staging, and performance went very well. We have been so happy with Ignite Dance Center as OUR family dance studio. We'll NEVER leave!

Seriously the best dance studio! We've tried a few studios over the last 10 years and this one is by far and above the rest in quality instruction and growth for all dancers. Our daughter loves it here! Everyone is so kind and truly make you feel like family. Prices are competitive with other studios. Lisa Prentice (the owner) is one of the best instructors in the industry. I highly recommend giving this studio a try.
