We have over 20 years' experience recruiting consumers and medical professionals for market research studies and have consistently been rated in the Impulse Survey as one of the top recruiting firms in the Chicagoland area. Our phone room staff consists of a team of well trained, highly experienced recruiters, ensuring that only the most appropriate respondents are recruited for our studies.
We recruit consumers and professionals from many different sources such as, our database, random lists, client provided samples, industry directories, social media, and more. When we contact you will always tell you our company name, the employee's name, and the study we are calling about. If we leave a message, please make sure to mention this information when calling back.
All information you provide is kept strictly confidential and is never sold or released to any third parties. When we receive a new study we will send you an email with the study details, such as location, date, time requirement, and incentive amount. Based on your answers, if it appears you may qualify for the study a phone interviewer from our office will contact you for further screening.
As a marketing research company we are currently exempt from the Do Not Call laws. While we are exempt, we do still respect respondents wishes. If you wish to not be contacted by our company in the future, please let us know and we will remove your name from our list.
