Do not use Social PhDs. I tried them out for a couple months. Leads were low but was trying to see wheee it went. They would turn off my ads without telling me and each time they said they would tell me the next time. Then in the last 2 months I was seeing larger charges for the Facebook ads that was contrary to our contract. John told me over emails, not by calling me, that I must have had a discussion over the phone with someone to up the amount. That NEVER happens. He can't tell me a day, the raised amount, nor who I spoke with and their was nothing in writing. He now will not return
