We know bookkeeping is not easy. It's a burden that every business has to bare. HJM Management Services is here to help you carry that burden. Here's what we can do you for you! Each month we will keep your accounting profile updated. We will categorize your banking and credit card statements and issue you a financial statement monthly.
We must first decide whether a C-corporation, S-corporation, or an LLC is the right business entity for you. While you can do this research on your own, a professional knowledgeable in corporate formation can give you the ins and outs of the benefits and drawbacks to each type of corporate structure, and be able to help you determine which entity will fit your needs.

Although in person appointments are non-existent due the on going pandemic. I had a overall good experience while working with Clarice over the phone and via email. All documents were scanned in and emailed. She was efficient, patient, and professional. Thank you for making the dreadful process of completing my tax returns a breeze. Thank you!

Clarice has been doing my taxes for more then 10 years, I highly recommend her. She is very trust worthy, professional and knowledgeable. I would never even think about going anywhere else. She was very diligent with the irs when they tried to hold money that was owed to me. She stayed on top of them and made sure that I received all of my money. She works very hard for her clients.
