H&S Meat Market will find out what kind of meat you want to pick up, then we'll prepare your custom bundle so you can pick it up and take it home without delay. You can order several different bundles of meat. We allow up to two substitutions on meat bundles.

Our deer processor will talk to you about what you're hoping to do with the deer you just killed. We can process the deer the way you want and prepare the venison for cooking. Good meat when they actually have some middle of day didnt have but 2 steaks cut how you a meat market with 2 steaks cut up what a joke.On top of not having meat at a meat shop there always closed even when they say they close at 5 go there at 4pm and noones there I used to love this place but they have went down hill last year and half do yourself a favor and go to brians market down road there always open anddd always have meat.

I haven't stopped in at H & S since the Covid pandemic started a year ago. I was in the mood for quality burger and chicken breasts so I decided to go there today. When I walked in, there were 2 employees behind the meat display. Neither were wearing masks & I asked "You don't wear masks here?" The answer was no. So, I said "See ya!" If this market doesn't follow the Health Department guidelines on mask wearing to protect their customers, it makes me wonder what other department guidelines they don't follow. I won't be back.

My boyfriend asked me to sip by here and grab some steaks on my way home from Lapeer. He's come by here a few times and said the meat selection is always good. I called ahead of time and asked what they had and the butcher let me know what was available and asked what I was looking for.
When I got there it's a smaller store but the meat selection is great and the prices are on point with the area also. He remembered me from the phone call so I picked up two thick cut Ribeyes and a NY Strip Steak for our dog since it's his birthday.

I seen some well marbled delmonico prime cuts in the display window; I had to buy.
Sometimes you get home from meat markets and realized the texture is just not there or flavor is lacking in the fats.
This was probably one of the juiciest, tender fat cuts of meat I desperately needed.
No premarinating needed, it absorbed the seasoning perfect in each succulent morsel.
I hate biting into a rubbery piece of meat or cuts that have surprise muscle fibers that shouldn't be there.
I also hate eating an animal that you literally taste "sadness". (Hard to explain that one)

H&S Market is a family-owned company they really love their customers they have great fresh meat and their Deli their sandwiches are awesome I give H&S Market 5 stars. They have great homemade potato salad coleslaw and also asked for their pork chop sandwiches are out of this world. Also process deer it's a nice family owned company.
