Johnson Hilliard was established in 1938. After serving as a Navy Pilot during World War II, B.O. Ripley was hired as a furnace salesman for the company. He later became President and a stockholder. In 1977, Mr. Ripley and his son, Richard Ripley, became the sole owners of Johnson-Hilliard. Ben Ripley is now the third generation of this family to operate and carry on this 75-year tradition.

We can cut, punch, bend, polish, mill, and turn materials to your specifications and then deliver them to your site.

We will take your idea, measure the area the final piece will inhabit, and make a 3D rendering of how your idea will look.
Welding accuracy and safety is incredibly important. That's why we take welding procedures and specifications so seriously. How seriously? We have a CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) in house who inspects all of our welds and procedures. Also on staff are several certified and accredited welders. Our welding capabilities set us apart from our competitors.
