Denton Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a locally owned and operated skilled nursing facility that is licensed by the State of Texas and certified to participate in both the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
Over the years, Denton Rehabilitation and Nursing has built a strong reputation in the community as experts in skilled nursing with a therapy team that gets results. The individualized rehabilitation programs developed by our Physical Therapists are recognized and approved by many of the leading Denton area physicians.
Our team of Licensed and Registered Nurses are attentive to your needs 24 hours a day. Your recovery plan will be lead by these expertly trained skilled nurses who will work individually with you to provide the optimal nursing care and attention you require. Your skilled nursing care will include ongoing evaluation and assessment to ensure you achieve the fullest recovery possible.
We understand that healthy and flavorful meals can be as important to your recovery as your physical therapy and skilled nursing care. Good nutrition will help speed your recovery and improve your well-being. You may choose our Daily Special or one of the other nutritious options prepared daily. You'll enjoy prompt and friendly table service and assistance.
Our full time licensed Social Worker meets with each resident upon admission. She will get to know you and your family, and will help you identify any social service needs you may have. She is qualified and experienced in providing advice and assistance with personal, emotional, social, financial and other needs and concerns.

All the staff were very caring to me during my stay.From the receptionist, Administration staff (some too numerous to name), therapist, kitchen, cleaning crew and the Nurses that took care of me, I love you all. We had just lost my husband and I think they all went an extra mile to care for me and my family during this time. Thank you All.

I wish it was possable to give a lower rating than this. The administration is completely inept and uninvolved with creating any positive quality of life for the residents. They do the minimum amount of work possible, without any attempt to personalize care or create a sense of comfort for their residents.
