Therapeutic exercises include an active, active-assisted, and passive approach. Our therapist believes that 'Movement is medicine' and the right movement performed at the right time acts as a medicine to restore your functions and be pain-free. Exercise prescriptions are designed to meet the specific need of a patient after a detailed subjective history and objective physical therapy evaluation.

I received excellent therapy from the start of my ankle rehabilitation until the end. The great service starts from Hector who always greeted me with a smile. Ketki not only treated my ankle, she identified my other problem areas and worked to strengthen my knees and hip. Eric and Josh has healing hands. The manual lymph drainage medical massages relived all of my swelling. Samantha is a delightful person and worked well with me. I love how they work as a team. And I will be getting a membership soon.

I been receiving therapy for 10 weeks for my right shoulder and I can
truly say that the Team has done a great job to get me where I'm at.
This has been my Fourth Post Operation therapy on my Right Shoulder and they made me feel comfortable and energetic. It makes me feel proud

Ketki and her team are amazing at what they do. She evaluates your issue and then prescribes a treatment plan that is specific and spot on to your needs. I went in with an impingement in my shoulder and rotator cuff that had been painful for over a year. After going through the treatment plan she implemented, I have graduated and have no more pain! I highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs!

They do NOT follow any COVID protocols, as advertised on Google. After calling and asking about masking for my appointment, I was told they are all vaccinated, however they could wear a mask for my appointment. 4 days later when I arrived for my appointment, all staff and patients were unmasked. Approx 7 people in the medical facility, and not a mask. I would not recommend anyone use a facility that does not adhere to basic COVID precautions. Patients are not required to show any proof of vaccinations. What a disappointment. For any anti maskers though, this facility would be good.

I found LEPRC when searching for a therapist to help me with my Parkinson's. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I've experienced very positive results in restoring my ability to function in daily tasks. The work I"m doing with Ketki is making me stronger, better balanced, and providing a bigger range of motion than I had before. Definitely recommend Ketki and her staff.

Erik is the best medical massage therapist ever. I have had really bad pain in my arms, shoulders, back and he fixes them with far fewer sessions that I expected. I just came in with shoulder pain, after 1 session, relieved a lot of it. Definitely coming back. My daughter grew up as a gymnastic and eventually competed for a major US University. Without weekly massages from Erik, not sure how she could have survived the intensive training. This location is beautiful, clean and efficient. Nicely done.

Excellent PT services. After my ankle reconstruction surgery, Ketki took charge of my rehabilitation. She is knowledgeable, professional and persistent in her work.
Eric is very good at rehabilitation massage. He gets the stiff and tired muscles back in relaxed working order.
My surgeon had said that it would take 6-12 months for my foot to get back to normal, However, I was able to get back to work in 12 weeks.
Really pleased with Ketki, Eric and all of the staff. Would definitely recommend Little Elm Physical Rehab Center
