Terrible company, no return policy, no help in finding what we needed and rude customer service. I ordered an AC unit and it does not fit our situation. I was told NO RETURN POLICY. Also, when I ask if we can return and I would pay for stocking fee and shipping answer was flat "NO" not our policy. Well thats RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE from a company!!!!!! No stuck with a 3,000 unit and no where to return. I will never buy anything from you again.

I contacted the company on chat to inquire about the installation of a product. After asking clarifications on the response, I was told that I should look for a unit elsewhere. "I think you are going to misapply the unit so yes I would recommend buying from a different vendor." I called given that communication over chat can be unclear and the same person, Chris, answered. He complained about my questions and hung up on me.

Terrible Company. They sent me a defective dehumidifier. It was damaged, missing part and just did not work out of the box. I returned it and the actually claimed I broke it and lost the parts when I shipped it back so they would not refund my money. Do not give them any money. You'll get a garbage product and will never get your money back. Total scammers.

Status of my order says "Ready for Shipping " 5 days later status of my order is still "Ready for Shipping "? My office called and got an unhappy attitude for this review but a fast response.Both parties agreed to cancel the order.They need someone in customer service that wants to help instead of acting mad for getting a bad review.

I have done business with this company for the last few years, and their products are top notch and they stand behind them. I bought a wine chiller from them almost a year ago and thought the compressor went. Chris who helped me out was quick to say he would get a new one out to me right away, he was a pleasure to deal with. I called him back a short time later to say we got it working again. I highly recommend them.
