When we arrived at the hotel, there was a mattress in the doorway leading to the office. We tried to enter the office to register and the office was locked. We called the office for 40 minutes (while sitting in our car) and nobody answered. We decided (even though we had paid for a night) to go somewhere else. This was NOTHING AT ALL like the picture on the internet. I am still fighting to get my money refunded. BEWARE - you get what you pay for...or much less!

We came off season and we're glad of that. Right by the boardwalk, great for people watching but I can imagine would be noisy in the summer with the ferris wheel and other rides right outside.
The room was disappointing. You'd think off season it would be cleaner, but it was dirty with nasty bed covers with burn holes. The cheap frame the mattresses were on a frame that moved all over when you got in and out. The fridge was dirty and smelled. The light fixtures were dusty and filthy.
The small saving grace was that they had refurbished bathroom. But the baseboards had dirt accumulated from the

This hotel deserves zero stars but I’ll give it one for the great location. The pictures and descriptions on the website are a complete lie and this is by far the worst room I have ever stayed in. The rooms were absolutely disgusting and you can clearly tell they are not properly cleaned between guests. Mold/mildew all over the bathroom and shower. The shower head was coming out of the wall and oozing with black slime. We paid for a suite with a private balcony, but our room was no bigger than a jail cell, with no balcony. No room service, luxury amenities, WiFi, etc. like the website states

This was a small 2 star hotel. It was clean, and a great launch point for a couple of days on the boardwalk and beach. The special highlight was the rooftop deck where we could see the Wed night fireworks, and hangout enjoying the outdoors without being crowded. Don't expect the Westin - the beds are little more than large cots, and there's just barely enough room to move around. But the people are friendly, having a parking spot you don't have to move from is nice.

Terrible reservation
I recently booked an overnight state at this location and it was the worst situation possible.
We walked into the room from 90 degree heat to our room with an air conditioner that wouldn’t blow any colder than 79 degrees.
We went down to talk to the front desk employee who advised that there was no way to change our room number because “every hotel room in seaside is filled up, so we will attempt to get our maintenance man to come assist you”. We returned to our room and observed even more issues:
We requested and paid for a queen sized bed and got a full sized bet

If I could give it a -10 I would. This place was beyond disgusting. It had black mold in every room flies and flies paper all over. The fridge didn’t work the air didn’t work. We asked for a fan they brought us 2 dirty fans after they told us they were going to clean them. The sink was leaking and the had wet moldy towels under it to catch the water. Sheets had food all over them. On top of it the owner and staff were ignorant. How this place is open and up to code to beyond me.

The view from our room was spectacular. The pictures of the room when we booked look nothing like the actual room. The room was very small no place to put things away. Room service was available the first day we stayed after that we didn’t see anyone. We put garbage outside our door to be picked up before we left the room for the day when we came back it was still there. We had to ask for amenities like towels and toilet paper beds were squeaky with minimal covers . We had only one washcloth. Overall was not worth what we paid. Over priced!!!! I have to say though if you are looking for a room

Overall good experience. There were some issues, however. There was mold in the caulk in the bathroom. The exterior hallway on the 2nd floor had very poor drainage which led to a large puddle collecting that was very hard to avoid. The headboard was cracked and chipped. The towel rack was falling down and needed to be screwed back in. But the location was great! The ac worked and the room stayed cool. Beds were comfy and clean. Good water pressure and the fridge worked. The walls were thick and didn’t hear much from other rooms. This place gives you the necessities and a prime location, but it’s

Just did the boardwalk, no beach. Most of the games were a rip off! 20$ fir a small prize which was a beaded necklace! Pathetic!! Rides in my opinion were also a rip off. Expensive number one and totally unfair that they charge for an adult to take a small child on the rides! Like the adult really wanted to ride those rides!!
