When Dr. Smith and Travis Smith purchased Dentistry With TLC in 2007 they decided to create a community service day to provide free dentistry for the less fortunate in our area. Over the course of the next 10 years, the staff of Dentistry with TLC willingly gave up a day of regular pay each year to volunteer their time and expertise to provide free cleanings, fillings and extractions for over 1000 patients totaling over $200,000!

The scare tactic to not post is a good showing of how this dentist conducts business. This is a business ONLY not patient first office. Back staff are friendly, but front staff can be very unpleasant! $$$$ is the only motivation for this business! Patients aren't told enough. I had $10,000 worth of crowns & 5-6 mo later they had all fallen out! WHAT A RIP OFF! Do Not waste you time. I am a very senior, angry x-customer.

Have been going to this practice for many years....they are remarkable. Dr. Smith is not only a spectacular dentist, but I consider a friend. The staff have become like family to me. All the procedures I have had have been done with great care and exceptional work. If you need a a dentist with great skill and a kind and compassionate person, then TLC is the place to go!!

Dr. Anna Smith has been the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.
My daughter was supposed to be get her braces off August 2 and then we would be going back the nest day to pick up her retainer. I signed the release and filled out all the paperwork other than a survey. I was told that she would not take off her braces unless it was filled out. I told them that they didn't want me to fill it out because I would have to be honest and they would not like what I had to say. Was told I had to.

Used to be a good place long time ago. But now with new owner she is terrible and rude. Don’t be fooled by the reviews that are good. Those are people she knows. The staff is great tho. She takes advantage of people in pain. Lot of her customers go to the other dentist right across the street he will tell u the same. I can say a lot more bout the owner. But shouldn’t have to trust me on this

Went here last year to get some work on my teeth done. Did shoddy work as the tooth they worked on whatever the cheap stuff they put on it wore off I found waking up today 8-15-21. I got vibes of them only wanting your money, so I immediately left now looking for a dentist I can trust who fixes the issue this doctor failed to. Looking at the reviews, glad I left when I did.

I called to have a tooth extracted because it broke off. Kim was excellent but when i got there appointment time of 1:30, they immediately wanted to do a full mouth of xrays and clean my teeth. They then told me i could come back to have my tooth removed. I said no because it was bothering me and that was the reason i made the appointment. I was then told they were going to work me in around other patients even though i had an appointment specifically to have my tooth extracted. I was not happy about this visit and doubt i will go back. I waited two hours. Very unreasonable amount of time.

Went here for years, started when Dr. Crocker was there. Switched dentists for awhile because the financial rep. was very rude when I told her I wanted to get another estimate for the work they said I needed. Ended up going back at one point to get a crown replaced/root canal when the tooth broke and my new dentist was off. I had expected the crown… to last longer, considered getting the tooth pulled, but ended up getting it replaced. This one lasted 15 months, just fell off and broke the tooth more. I was eating egg salad! During the last procedure she kept telling me to stop breathing

Absolutely awful office. I missed an appointment recently completely on accident, as I was just heading back to work post maternity leave. I got called the same morning and I explained my situation to the receptionist and told her that I had completely forgotten about it. Not even 5 minutes later, I get another call from the dentist herself asking… me to still come in. I recommend not going to TLC. I had got 4 root canals done in one day.. not even a year later and one tooth that I had got done broke in half. I had called the emergency number as it said to do. No one answered or even called me back to see what was going on. Very unprofessional! I spent over $7,000 of my own money with them and I regret every single penny! They are money hungry, and don’t actually cafe about patients! You should love what you do, and the doctor does not! Dr Megan was the sweetest lady there and since she is gone that place has went downhill!

Quit going there when I was left in an examination room for over an hour and a half. One worker then came in and told me I could leave. They had not yet cleaned my teeth when I was told I could leave. The four members of my family no longer go there.
A crown that was put on there fell off after 18 months. The so called post was plastic. It could not be put back on so now I am getting an implant.

I highly recommend Dr. Anna Smith to anyone seeking exceptional dentistry work done at a reasonable price. Dr. Smith was judgment free despite the ugly mess she had to examine and very gentle with me.
