What a sub par store. I ordered a backpack online. As I was placing this order, no where did I see the item was a final sale item. I was not quite sure whether this was mens or womens, and I was not sure of the size of the bag is what I wanted. Because I did not see the clause final sale anywhere, I proceeded with the order thinking if I do not like I can return it. Next day I called the company customer service, and the person name Justin assured me it is 100% mens backpack. He also mentioned item is on final sale and it would have shown as I was placing this order as well as on my invoice. When
