I love i haul,
I had trimmed a number of tree branches and bushes on my somewhat overgrown yard and made a pile more than I wanted to deal with.
I called I haul for a bid to remove the pile and an old rusted shed.
Danny came by and gave me a fair quote and they jumped right on the removal.
Danny and his assistant were very polite and efficient.
I would recommend them over the similar competitors as there truck is larger for the same price to fill.

After the closing date of my condo sale got moved up I suddenly had to move everything out on short notice. Not wanting to pay thousands to move across the state, I decided to rent a truck myself. Wow! Am I impressed with this company. I called mid-morning and actually got a "live" person who answered the call. She was pleasant and attentive and was able to schedule a pick up for me that same afternoon. The driver showed up at the appointed time. He was neat, well groomed and professional. The i-Haul truck was freshly painted and clean. This whole process was painless and to top-it-off, their prices were very reasonable.

I needed a lot of junk removed, including my old couch. The men that helped with my junk removal were so kind, and they even found my sons iPod that was stuck in the old couch! I would definitely recommend hiring them. They are awesome!

I am fixing up a house that I own in Walnut Creek to be used as a vacation rental. I called IHaul and they were able to come that same day to get rid of all kinds of furniture that I wanted replaced. The two gentlemen that arrived were very very sweet, professional, and quick! These guys lifted very heavy furniture and did not scratch a doorway trying to get the stuff out. I underestimated how much stuff that I needed gone and they had to come back again and they were so very nice and patient with me. Of course I paid them for two hauls and tipped them well! Just used i-Haul for a side yard of various items: shower stall material, cardboard, couple sacks of grout, 4 tall mirrored sliding doors etc. Will definitely recommend this company. Pricing was extremely reasonable compared to previous hauls I've had in the past. I had Same Day Service, who could ask for more.

Amazing service, I was texting pics last night at 8:00 and Sue just called to confirm that the job was finished. I have not been so pleased with a company in some time.

Called them on Friday afternoon and they showed up first thing Saturday morning. Very friendly crew did a first-rate job clearing my junk in short order. Their rates are exceptional, much lower than the last company. These guys are my go to hauling company from now on!

We were in the process of spring cleaning and had soooo much junk to get rid of. Found i-Haul with a quick search on Yelp and was so glad I did! Easy communication and the guys were super timely and nice to work with. I would definitely reach out to them again in the near future! I first came upon this company when a friend needed help cleaning out her dad's condo. Marco assured us that he would find new homes for as many of the useable items as he could (working with local charities who had clients in need of household goods, for example). I was so impressed by his professionalism, respect, and thoroughness that I saved his card for five years!

I called Marco again for some more hauling needs and this time the communications issues experienced the first time were much, much better. Marco personally responded on both occasions to set up the pickup and my wife took care of the rest.

My Grandma's estate was left to me, and she had not moved since before I was born so we had a lot of stuff to go through. It was tough trying to get organized. Marco and his crew came out and, not only did they haul away the things that needed to be recycled, they helped us figure out what we could donate too. Once it was all gone, they even helped me sweep up and clean. It was much less overwhelming because of them and I really appreciated their help.

I called around town and Marco was by far the lowest estimate for my back yard hauling job. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were all very friendly. Couldn't recommend more!

I had a tiny load of junk from around the house that needed to be picked up. Even though the truck was huge, Marco was able to charge me a fraction of the price for a quarter of a load. It was really nice not to have to rent a truck or worry about it once I made the call to them.

I have to say that the experience of getting rid of our old, big, and heavy hot tub was so much easier with I-Haul. Not to mention, it was cheaper that a couple of hot tub removal companies that I called before hand. They came out to pick it up and they ended up being able to demo the attached deck and haul that away too. Plus, they promised to come back for an old sofa I had on the side of the house and sure enough, they were back first thing in the morning, as promised. It's good to give business to a company with integrity. I'd use them again.

I-Haul has to be the best and most affordable hauler in the Bay Area! We didn't know what we were in for when we called. We were going to have a hauler pick up some yard debris after we had some weed-wacking done. It turns out, they could handle both ends of the job and we ended up saving money and using them for both services. We ended up calling them again for our kitchen demo and once again, they showed up and got everything done for a good price. I would recommend them.
