We just finished a remodel of our home, and I was dreading the thought of how to dispose/donate/sell many of the items we didn't want to keep. One phone call to Junk Pros on a Friday, and they were here this morning (Monday) - took everything (we filled the truck). I was expecting to pay twice what I did. and it was all so hassle free! Friendly, professional staff and the best part is - they recycle or donate what they can. Highly recommended!

On the day of pick up, Ruben came with another person and it was a very nice and pleasant experience. They re-assess the load and give a new estimate. It took them about 25 min to load up the truck. The eventual price turned out to be in my estimated range. All great!!
I'd highly recommend it for people in and around the San Ramon Area. Junk Pros are excellent in what they do!

Junk Pros really delivers. They came out within a day of calling them, quoted a reasonable price, and got immediately to work. Two men, in two hours, filled the truck with lots of large unwanted furniture and drove off, leaving us breathing a huge sigh of relief. They were courteous, professional and quick. I definitely recommend Junk Pros.

Arrived on time as promised & (social distancing), were not only masked, but left a good 10-12 feet between themselves and the door. I never had to leave the door & just directed to the side gate & monitored on camera. Even paid by placing the check on the porch (text receipt). Very fast, friendly & efficient & scooped up the mound of boxes/junk accumulating since the shelter in place lockdown (finally have time to clean/reorganize the garage). I’ve used them at least 2-3x in the past & shall continue using them for all future jobs. Highly recommend.

I hired Junk Pros to clean out a bunch of furniture from my brother's condo, in preparation for new carpet and furniture coming. Julio was very enthusiastic and informative on my initial phone call. He answered all my questions and was able to schedule the pick up for the day I requested. When the team came they were professional and easy to work with. They had even called when they were on the way to give me a heads up on what time they would arrive. My brother is disabled, and the guys were very respectful and friendly toward him, which I really appreciated. They worked quickly and efficiently

They took away what was originally part of the quote and they were also able to take the extra things we'd come across that morning. It was an easy process from beginning to end. Julio was so nice and got us scheduled for a pick up very quickly. When the 2 guys came and filled 1 truck up we saw the need for another truck load to go and we wanted it done in the same day they were so willing to go dump the first load and come back for a second load! The guys were amazing and cleaned up so well!

I had a last minute need to get a pile of debris out of the way before an HOA walk through. Julio responded right away, and on the day of the job the team showed up a little early . On the phone Julio said the team would assess the "junk", give me a price and I could go with them or not. The guys were awesome - professional, friendly and got in and out fast. I would hire them again if needed, and would definitely recommend them. Thank you Julio and team - my neighbors are also happy to have the pile gone.

A hoarding situation is never pleasant, but Julio and his team make it a easier process. They helped clear out all the junk on the property and even tore down and hauled away the shed structure. We found ourselves in a bit of trouble when our decking contractor left behind a pile of concrete and exposed rebar. Their hauling folks kept canceling and rescheduling until we ended up with just a few days before a kids birthday party.
So we called Julio and his team. They were great to work with, adjusting their schedule to accommodate the rush and having the crew start early (5am!) in order to get the job done in time.

Julio (owner) was professional and responsive in scheduling, and the crew that came out were nice guys who were polite, fast, efficient, and professional. They arrived on time, made sure they understood what I wanted removed (mainly construction debris), were careful not to trample my flowers, cleaned up, and charged me a fair price for the work done. Pretty simple, I called on a Friday afternoon about two couches I wanted to get rid of. They gave me a rough quote and got me in for the next morning. The guys came by a little after 8, took a little ok, confirmed the price and then took the couches away. Took maybe 25 minutes and now those old couches are gone! No complaints really, I appreciated how they squeezed me into Saturday morning slot as well.

I called yesterday and said I needed a bed, spring mattress, and an ironing board to be hauled away. Now Julio, or whoever was on the phone, will claim I only said "ironing board" on the phone, but who pays $99 to haul a simple ironing board?? Anyway, this is not even the main issue here, more on that later... The haulers came. The crew was surprised to see my bed and said they were told to only take the ironing board away. They said they did not even have space for them. I sent them away.

Junk Pros called to say they were on their way, came on time, loaded all items, packed their truck compactly, swept the warehouse after items were on truck. Both men were very pleasant, worked quickly and competently. I would certainly call them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I called and asked them to pick up my box spring mattress. The guy on the phone said he can have a driver out in 20 minutes. Mind you its 4th of July weekend and most places aren't even open.
Right after I hung up the phone with the office the driver calls me and says he can be there in 10 minutes
So in short - called this place up just to get a quote and 10 min later the box springs were junked.
