We are William & Heather Villavicencio, the owners of Villa Jewelers. I started working in the jewelry business in 1988, and William has been in the jewelry business all his life. He has worked at the jeweler's bench for over 50 years, creating custom designs in gold, platinum and silver. In 1995 we started our family business, Villa Jewelers.
Create one of a kind custom jewelry. We can create your design from a photo, drawing or your imagination using our 3D CAD jewelry computer program. During the process Heather will email you 3D photo's of the design for your approval, once you have approved the design, it will be grown into a wax model that we will cast into either, gold, platinum or silver to complete your design.

I went to Villa jeweler's to have my very well worn (26 year old) wedding ring, - to be repaired. My ring has been "in the shop" my times over the years, - the initial creation, prong repair, stone replacement, complete over-haul with new bezel settings, ect. This time I needed the complete overhaul. I needed the ring re-shanked, the two parts soldered together, the main stone replaced, and several bezels replaced.

When my mom passed an heirloom ring down to me she accompanied it with a letter that outlined all of its iterations. Beginning life as 1/2 of a pair of diamond earrings, the stone had been reset many times in its life but not many times in recent years.

Heather is fantastic! I've now come to her twice for big events--once to replace my wife's engagement stone with a much nicer diamond, and more recently to buy a sapphire ring for our anniversary. Both times Heather helped me choose the right approach and select the right stones, both times Villa delivered on time and exactly as expected, and both times my wife was absolutely delighted. I'm sorry to say I must change my review of this jeweler. I know nothing about the jewelry business but got chastised by Mrs. Villa for my lack of knowledge. When I had my wedding and engagement ring refurbished, Mr. Villa did a great job. When I went to get a stone mounted, the price was too high so I cancelled it, and that experience was unpleasant.

Villa Jewelers really outdid themselves with the custom engagement ring they made for us. Every specification and request we made was met and surpassed. These images barely do the ring justice for its true beauty. Its hard to even look my fiance in the eyes before my gaze gets drawn by the sparkle and glow emanating from this masterpiece. I completely recommend Villa Jewelers to anybody who wants a beautiful and unique piece of jewelery. Amazing customer service, and exquisite product.

I have been to Villa a few times for very high end design of my 3 carrot diamond and to sell many pieces. I have never been told the weight or carrot # for diamonds when I am paid a lump sum for jewelry. I am given a check if i accept without a explanation of how the amount was established. I cannot recommend this place for sales of old pieces of jewelry. For all I know the amount i was paid for gold and diamonds was just a low ball "whatever I can get away with" dealing with an ignorant good , returning, trusting customer.

I found Villa when looking for a simple repair job and was so pleased with this family business that when it came time to help my future son-in-law design my daughter's engagement/wedding rings, I took him straight to Heather & William. I'm so happy I found Villa Jewelers! I came to William and Heather after reading their stellar Yelp reviews to reset my engagement diamond and use loose diamonds to create a new wedding band.

Heather is the absolute best. She went over and above with how she helped me with my custom designed ring, and it came out more beautiful than I imagined it could. Villa Jewellers is totally a Gem of a place, and anyone wanting a one-of-a-kind experience should really check them out. I was able to get the ring I wanted in time to propose to my girlfriend on her birthday today (11/14) at the top of Mt. Tamalpais.

Quick search for watch repair brought me into Villa Jewelers and glad I stopped in. I really just needed a new battery, but Heather, possibly the owner let me know after the quick replacement that my Tsovet took a bit of time to wind up again. She said if it stops again, it may just need a cleaning, but I appreciated her being upfront.
Anyway, I had the watch back in 10 minutes and only $15 for the battery replacement. After that, I started just browsing around and they have a very good selection. The store is not huge, but I started to ask Heather about emeralds, sapphires and few other gems

I am so happy to have found such a phenomenal jeweler... I walked into Villa Jewelers in hopes of finding an engagement ring and ended up working with Heather to design and make the most perfect ring I could ever imagine. I wanted something different and unique. Heathers husband suggested picking a stone and then building a ring around it. I thought that was crazy... I had no business doing something like that! I went into Villa Jewelers a few months ago to see if they would consign some antique jewelry I had inherited from my Grandmother's Estate. I was hurt, shocked and appalled by the horrible way I was treated that I'm still reeling from it, months later. There is absolutely no excuse for nasty behavior.

I walked in and the male owner acknowledged me and asked me to wait. His wife, the female owner was with a client and another person was waiting ahead of me. She never looked up to acknowledge me, even though she knew I was there, which in itself is not the worst thing although
