Yeager Manufacturing Technologies provides high quality, accurate, and repeatable tube bending by way of a top of the line CNC mandrel tube bender capable of producing accuracy within 0.1 degree. From 1" to 3.5" OD and a full range of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum), we have you covered for any tube bending task.
Bringing your solid metal part to life, with the precision, accuracy, and consistency you need from your machining partner. We achieve precise tolerances and consistency for your parts using a state-of-the-art HAAS VF-4SS mill, precision workholding, and skilled CAM engineering. With a large 50" x 20" work envelope we're able to fixture a single larger part or many smaller parts to keep our machining time efficient and your costs low.
One of the most important parts of the process, our goal is to make sure your parts are exactly the finish you're looking for and are stunning right out of the box. Powder coating is a process that adheres powder to a conductive material (metals) and bakes on a durable finish that resembles painting.
Any part that might see mechanical stresses and is in CAD can be run through a finite element analysis (FEA) to understand where the theoretical stresses are and the potential mechanical failure points of the part that's been designed before it's even built! This allows much faster iterations of designs which means bringing your product to market faster and with more confidence.

Let me just say that they are down to earth and are very wonderful people who helped me out a lot. I walked in without noticed and they provided me with what I needed plus more. I needed a custom piece cut and they were able to precisely cut what I wanted immediately. I was even able to have a sit down and chat with the owner who was able to give me advice.
