Our batch style powder coating setup allows for a great deal of versatility. Color changes are quicker and easier than on a conveyor and a large variety of shapes and sizes can be accommodated in a single run. You do not have to have many thousands of parts in order for it to be economical to powder coat them.

PJ Powder started in 2009 offering quality powder coating services to manufacturers and fabricators in the Central Florida area. At that time we were located in Lake County. The location served us well but more and more of our customers were coming from Orlando, often traveling more than an hour each way to bring us parts for powder coating.
