From start to finish the project went smoothly, with Alex explaining everything and keeping track of schedule on a calendar I could access. He listened to my objectives for the project and I'm delighted with the results. All the sub-contractors were very professional and there isn't anything I would change.
Do you already have a design drawn up and ready? Not a problem! Our team will use our design expertise and resources to make sure your project gets built right. Being trained architects, we have the ability to work very well with other designers. In fact, some of our best partners are designers who contact us when they have a project ready to be built.
Amazing attention to detail as well as always available to discuss changes or answer any questions. Not your typical Builder! Professional and very personable highly qualified and skilled. I trust him with my home and my 3 German Shepherds love him! Alex dragged my 30 year old closed off kitchen into the modern age by removing a wall and opening up the whole house.

The benefits of Alex Ruhnau being a licensed architect provides a sense of integrated services to his company that allows the client to receive a well rounded general contractor, home builder, licensed architect and designer.
There’s a strong sense of collaboration, understanding and aesthetic attention when conveying designs with Alex. His knowledge of architecture and design omits many common construction miscommunications. It allowed us to design and execute construction appropriately and accurately from the beginning by bridging the gap between the architect/designer and general contractor
