If I could give a zero if I could. Bob was great at giving a estimate and staying in touch with starting work. BUTTTTT. We needed our pool cleaned out, pavers cleaned and repaired and new screens. I gave a deposit (check) on Friday and was told they would start on Monday. No one showed up and no one would answer my calls or email. I put stop payment on my check. One week later the check was dropped off in my mailbox after I sent text that I was reporting this everywhere I could.

If only I could put a ZERO for Custom Pools and Remodeling - not a very nice company to deal with if you have problems after you pay them. I've been trying to get a representative to my house to look at the crumbling pool stone they installed 3 years ago. I have a 10 year warranty with them but am told I need to call Florida Pool Finishers (yelping this awful company next) since they hold the warranty. Don't know Florida Pool Finishers, never dealt with them, so of course they're not going to return my calls. Next is Angie's List, if either company even has a rating.
