I had severe leg and ankle pain with searing heat in my feet. My ability to walk was becoming more difficult by the day. I had been tested for diabetes and thankfully the results were negative. Two physicians prescribed pain medication that slightly reduced the pain, but had unacceptable side effects.

I echo the positive reviews above. Merle Friedman is a very skilled, and highly knowledgeable Acupuncture Physician and Licensed Nutritional Counselor. My kidney GFR rate was 54 after a couple treatments I had a blood test which showed my GFR rate went to 63 which is in the normal range! She also treated me for indigestion problems I had which have completely gone away! Merle is a lady who really cares about your health and knows what she is doing.

It may sound odd to say that I look forward to going to the doctor, but this is exactly how I feel before I get to see Dr. Merle Friedman!! She’s so positive and I always leave feeling better in every way after an appointment. Dr. Friedman is wonderful! I have seen her for both nutrition counseling and acupuncture. I have had wonderful success with migraine reduction since starting treatment. Additionally, I find that I sleep so much better after acupuncture. It is a lovely side effect. The office is very clean, as well. Just an all round great experience.

I’m so happy I decided to give acupuncture a try. Acupuncture was my last resort (besides surgery)to help me with lower back, leg and foot pain.
Merle is a wonderful physician and nutritionist. I appreciate how she takes the time to discuss with me my ailments, and researches different techniques to alleviate them.
I went through 8 sessions and am feeling great. I plan on continuing acupuncture as part of my monthly health plan. It definitely helped to lessen my traditional doctor visits and saved me money there. I recommend acupuncture, and Merle to everyone. Give her a call. She helps!

I have been seeing Dr.Friedman for approximately two years. With multiple bulging discs in both my cervical and lumbar spine, I am in constant search of relief. Dr. Friedman' s acupuncture has reduced inflammation in my body , helped to reduce pain, and has made a huge impact in boosting my immune system. She is attentive, personable, compassionate, and professional. I highly recommend giving her a try! Your body will thank you!

I initially went to see Merle for relief for excruciating neck pain. But instead I left with not only complete relieve in 1 day, but relief from other ailments I had been suffering with for years. I literally feel like a new woman! I have recommended her to all of my family members and friends for everything from feeling tired even after a full nights sleep, to headaches to anxiety. She is the real deal and I can't recommend her highly enough!

I play competitive darts in the Brandon Area Darts Association league and for the last year I had been experiencing continuous pain in my elbow whenever I played to much.
I went to see Merle on the day of an important game and after getting an acupuncture treatment that night was one of the best I ever performed on the dart floor.
I now no longer throw in pain but continue treatment for intermittent flare ups.
