Services
Any patient information forms or questionnaires that may have been sent to you for completion. Any old medical records you may have in your possession. If you do not have your medical records, your physician will request pertinent records from your prior physician. We're currently accepting new patients and work with most insurance policies.

I have seen Dr. Oleta Schranz for over 4 years. From the moment I met her I have always said she saved my life. My health and life are so much better, she is such a warm personality, intelligent and so knowledgeable, it was an easy choice to follow her to Celina. I am so thankful for her, and I live in Frisco, so less travel time, too. Everyone that is in the office with her are so friendly, Karen is efficient and a hoot. Thank you all.
