Evergreen Staging & Design's primary goal is to help Homeowners, Realtors, Builders, and Investors sell their homes quickly. Our team of professionally certified home stagers use their expertise and training to position every property to stand out from the competition, gain online traffic, and receive more offers.
10% of our profits are given to people in need and companies that are really making a difference. In our communications and approach to business, we don't do anything that will cause our integrity to be questioned as a company or as individuals. We keep our priorities straight. Before we take care of the needs of others, we take care of our own families and employees.
My Passion: Teaching my boys how to live an exemplary life and walk in a Christ-like manner. My Fun & My Faith: For me, it is very difficult to make a distinction between what I do for work/fun and how I live my life. All of the efforts and energy that invest in home staging and design is directly influenced and impacted by what and how I believe.
As we were contemplating what to name our business we came up with more cute, catchy, and unique names than you could even imagine. But the question became, what would properly communicate our goals, vision, and mission most accurately? We then started throwing out adjectives that conveyed how we would want to be viewed and remembered by our clients.
Our staging packages are offered on an eight-week term (60 days), unless otherwise negotiated at the beginning of the contract. After the initial term, an option to renew is available at a discounted rate. Once signed, you are added to our calendar and the work of making selections for your property begins.

My wife and I hired them to do interior designing for our new home. After the initial visit, they never answered our calls for follow up. After 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of them we just gave up. I would recommend not paying them upfront unless they provide you something tangible to go off.

We are so thankful for Evergreen Staging. Angie McCoy did an amazing job staging our condo! She acted quickly, professionally and creatively. Within four days we had 2 offers and closed in a little over a month. When timing of closing became uncertain and possession timing was extremely important to the buyers, Evergreen stepped up and delivered by vacating our home in record time. I cannot recommend this company enough!

For the last several years, I have had all of my occupied listings staged by my friends at Evergreen Staging. I have never been disappointed! Houses become worth so much more as they are transformed into beautiful homes in a two hour touch-up! At the very least, they sell much more quickly, because they photograph and show like models. I've used Evergreen Staging for a few of my listings and they never disappoint. High quality furniture with great accents makes each home more appealing to buyers. Before hiring me, a client of mine had his home listed with a different agent and not staged - it was on the market for 77 days. Once I took the listing over I had it staged immediately - the house had a unique layout and buyers could not see past that. In 3 days we had 2 offers!
