Kara is a Denton, TX native where she studied design at the University of North Texas. Following her studies at UNT she received her real estate license and began working in the family business of flipping investment properties. She opened the doors of Prime Home Staging 5 years ago to pursue her passion of helping real estate agents, investors, and homeowners sell their properties faster through better design and ascetics.

PRICING: Each package is priced to your home's needs based on the location, design, and square footage. Our rental term ranges from 45 days to until the home is sold. Consultation In person or over the phone, one of our talented designers will visit with you about your home to determine your staging needs.
Looking for a few staged pieces to supplement your existing furniture? We offer occupied staging to add an extra pop to your existing decor. Our designer can both embellish your existing furniture and add pieces of ours to create an appealing space for potential buyers. Consultation: Because each home is different, an in-home consultation is required.

As an investor who flips homes, Kara with Prime Home Staging is more than just a stager. She has a great eye for remodeling and I often consult with her before a project. Her design recommendations (moving walls, choice of materials, etc) always pay off. She's helped me sell homes quicker and above asking price for several years.

I'm a Realtor and really appreciate how comprehensive Prime Home Staging's work is. I had asked for two bedrooms, a living room and office to be furnished, and I not only got that, but touches on the kitchen counters, in all bathrooms and on shelving throughout the home. It completely transformed it. Very professional crew, the price was the most reasonable I've found in DFW, and my Seller felt good about the investment! No question they'll be my only Home Stager and I'd recommend them to others!
