Dr. Kwong and his staff are extremely helpful and offer fantastic service. I called about six other offices in the area and was told I'd be waiting over a month as a new client to get in to fix my permanent retainer. Dr. Kwong scheduled me for the next day to remove the wire and get molds for a new retainer!
