I contacted them in concerns of an odor coming from the basement. I was wondering if it was a septic tank issue and wanted to know the capacity that was reached in the septic tank to better understand how often it needs to be cleaned since it’s our first year in this house. . An appointment was made for a specific time 6/23 9 am-11am. I waited the whole time with no response. I even checked outside many times during the time of appointment and didn’t see anyone. I called back to check on status and was told that someone has come and pumped the septic tank already. Then this someone called me
