John came out today to pump my septic and I must admit I was sceptical because I have had some bad experience with another company so was not sure what to expect. He was great he walked me around educated me on my tank and the process as he inspected and answered all my questions. Once he was done he showed me the tanks again which we as clean as you would expect a septic tank and looked so much better. I could not say enough about the customer service or the service in general. I highly recommend this company.

My son's bedroom started to reek of sewer fumes and after a bit of research, i realized i should have the septic tank checked/pumped out. I called for service on Monday. They were scheduling 2 weeks out as they are so busy, but Tom got back to me and was able to come out the next day. Tom not only pumped and back-washed the system until complete, but he educated me on the septic system i have, reasons for the issues i was seeing (some of which i didn't notice until Tom pointed them out) and what to do in the future. Exceptional service provided. Cossentino has another lifelong customer.

We had John out to pump our septic today and we couldn't be happier with the job he did. Professional, thorough, very knowledgeable, friendly, and seems to really care about the customer. This is our first house, and until now, we weren't 100% comfortable with the ins and outs of our system. Thanks to John, I feel like I know almost everything about our system. Gave great advice, answered every question, and took the time to show me everything he was talking about. Would recommend to anyone 100% and will definitely be calling back when we need service again.
