The boat club offers a spectacular, unimpeded view that looks out over Hook Mountain and the Tappan Zee Bay. We enjoy a serene, quiet, section of the river protected from all but northeast winds. We operate as a working membership club and generally do all the maintenance and upkeep ourselves. For those not interested in the work aspect, we offer a limited number of non-working memberships for an additional fee.
There is an area for social gatherings outside on this space that doubles as winter storage for trailerable boats during the off season.

Services
HMYC is a member-run club open to sailboats, powerboats and kayaks. We have deep water moorings, slips for powerboats and kayak storage. Apply now to reserve your spot! Fill out our secure application online or contact our member liaison, Mike, at (845) 709-3603. HMYC offers modern, well-maintained floating docks on the North side of the club for loading/unloading and guest pick-up.

Midmar dam is a special place. It is beautiful, clean, fresh and spacious. Be warned to never go there on 26 Feb or 1Jan if you want peace and quiet, the other 363 days are great, also take some loo roll with.. Go boating, fishing or for a picnic, remember to clean up after yourself and take your own braai if you want to braai.
