Robert and his crew did an amazing job replacing the siding and gutters on our home. They were on time, professional, on budget and I cannot find one single flaw in the work they did for us. They also did my son's house and my Mother in Law's home in Richardson. Same response from them. I would definitely recommend Robert and his crew for anything on your house.

I contacted Robert expecting just a simple siding repair but I am amazed at the work they have done on my home. The Maintenance Free Exteriors crew replaced all of the siding on my home along with installing new windows on the lower level. Robert was present every step of the process and helped explain everything to me in layman's terms which was pleasantly different from the construction jargon I have received from companies in the past. As a working mom finding time to get a bid is a bit of a challenge. I read the reviews of this company on home advisor and called multiples times to set up appointments. The first one they didn't ever show up, I gave them 45 minutes then called and spoke to a man who said he was going to look into it and call me back. I never received a call back. Trying to be understanding I called back a few days later and the owner of the company answered. He apologized and said he was personally going to come out to give us an estimate. In 2016 when we first started our brand new tiny house business, we did not know who or where to turn to in order to sub out the building of our homes.
