Our newest offering, Global Marketplace, enables multiple forwarders to use the IBEAM platform. I am shocked that any financial institution would use this company for repossession services. Staff is very unprofessional, one person I spoke with could barely put a sentence together. Takes hours for them to process redemption paperwork, meanwhile you sit waiting trying to get your vehicle back after you have already paid your lien holder. What a joke!

I worked for this company for 8 years up until 2022. Five years ago this was a pretty good company with great attitudes, people and income. Anyone thinking of working for this company should really find a better industry. The industry income and success is now greatly diminished by selfish software programs that minimize your income. The company direction is a mess as well. There are now 5 strikes against this company which won't go away and will make your income goals unobtainable. DRN and LPR (look them up) software robs you of the full points you would earn on a repo compared to a regular

This company does not even deserve one star.... ZERO STARS! They towed my car, damaged it $1200 worth of damages and refused to take the responsibility for the damages caused by one of their drivers. For charging $600 for a tow it’s sad they don’t have employees who are qualified to correctly do their job. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody. They are really shady. I applied two weeks ago then got a email that same day about a phone interview. I recently did phone interview with a recruiter this past week and ended up having a virtual interview with a hiring manager last Friday. They called me back that same day Friday telling me I got the job. The recruiter sent me the offer letter the same day. Then send me a link to fill out information for my background. I got a email this Wednesday telling me my background was clear and that I could start November 2nd. Then I get a phone call from

My vehicle was ATTEMPTED to be repossessed. I know the laws. He never checked the VIN.
This company sent an unprofessional driver to repossess my vehicle. We never got a letter right to claim or cure. We asked the driver who he was he did not respond my fiancé asked again finally a third time and the man started to shuffling through papers.
He said “I do not know the name all I know is I’m supposed to get” any he named the year and model of my vehicle.
Needless to say I am in possession of my vehicle still. And they are fully responsible for all damages and have already began the process

Very Unprofessional. It has been a week, three separate trips with police involvement and I still do not have all of my personal items. They tried to trick me by tell in my me that they cannot give me my items with my car keys after making me sign a waiver that I received everything before I could have my items. They are very Unprofessional and dishonest. I have filed a complaint against this company and have hired an attorney.

This company thinks that they are untouchable! They ruined a very nice Show car. They refused to pay for damages. My own insurance company has paid to have the car repaired and will be going after Primeritus. We are also going to the News media outlets with stories about this company. Their are 12 people other than myself doing this. We have spoken with The Governor and the Senate about passing a bill making it mandatory for this company to pay for any and all damages done to vehicles, while vehicles are in their possession!

If I could put no stars I would. This has to be the worst customer service I've experienced in years. They hang up or have you on hold for the longest and the Voicemail is full or the call magically hangs up. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM IF YOU DONT HAVE TO THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS!!! 2 hours to reach someone so they can put me on hold again.

I sent proof of insurance to them at 1123 am right away on the day my car was repossessed, and they failed to get back to me the same afternoon after being told it "had to go across a managers desk" and it ended up costing me an extra day of storage fees after I was willing and able to pay for and pick up the car the same day it was taken. Since they dragged their heels processing the redemption of my vehicle, it not only cost me an extra days storage, but also a ton of money to have me driven to and picked up from work, and then had to wait till almost 2 pm the following day before I got a call

They hired the worst recovery service in California Coastline Recovery stole our property, after we went to pick up our vehicle they were completely unhelpful, hung up in our faces, were disrespectful, and when we asked for the manager we were told she wasn't there which was a lie. We called primeritus and the loan servicer for help and received none. We plan on bringing suit how can one have paid for their car and you won't release it? And on top of if steal my property? Not happening. Worst contractor and company ever.
