Terrible management, ill-mannered, rude, unprofessional - as you can see with their low ratings. When the manager makes mistakes, he does not resolve the problem correctly. Poor food and poor quality, a waste of money. You're probably better off putting a frozen pizza in the oven or swimming to Italy before you buy from there. Also, take a look at the pictures from Alexis Brisee's post - they're disgusting & the Dept. of Health should intervene. Not like the days of old ... better off going to Track Side Pizza, Paul's Pizza, Track 32, or neighboring restaurants.

They're absolutely disgusting, everything is drowning in grease, I ordered a BLT wrap as soon as I picked it up to eat grease poured out of each side and the bacon was just the fat chunks barley cooked, and on top of that I had to wait over 2 hours for fries and a wrap calling then twice within those two hours to remind them I even had an order. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend. Don't Don't get me started on how gross the place is kept, I won't step foot in there again

I ordered an Italian Mix sub for delivery and assumed it would be made exactly as it says on the menu (see photo). I was surprised when person who answered the phone asked me what kind of cheese I wanted since it says provolone right on the menu. It was delivered one hour later with meat and cheese on bread. No lettuce, tomatoes, onion, or Italian dressing. When I called to say what had happened, the person who answered the phone told me that they made an Italian mix and that I only asked for provolone. So I just got off the phone with the The Village Pizzeria and I spoke with the pizza artist Seth and I just had to let him know what a phenomenal job that he had done with making the pizza that I had ordered I haven’t had a pizza around here in a very long time that I’ve actually been able to eat and like and enjoy and I took a shot tonight with getting this Philly cheesesteak pizza and lo and behold when I took my first bite I went to the moon past it and into heaven let me tell you the Pizza artist knows exactly what he’s doing and he deserves a raise 5 Gold stars and a shout out!
