Services
David E. Condon, DPM offers a wide range of podiatric care services to keep your feet healthy; whether surgery or a simple treatment, our goal is to get you back to your normal, active self. Urgent care is available and visitors are welcomed. This therapy helps the foot and ankle work more efficiently increasing endurance and lower chance of overuse injury.
We are proud to introduce this noninvasive in-office technology to the Truckee and North Tahoe region. We feel this modality will be a valuable adjunct to our customized treatment plans for overuse injuries in general and more specifically; plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinopathy. We are hoping to make stubborn foot injuries a thing of the past.
The average podiatrist treats most all conditions related to the feet; anything from ingrown toenails to painful overuse injuries. Having practiced in this great outdoor community for over 20 years, I realize that some of these problems can really impact the active Truckee Tahoe lifestyle that many of us thrive on.
We use the Q-Clear Nd:YAG laser system, which has been FDA approved for treatment of fungal nails and for a variety of other podiatric and dermatologic conditions. Clinical studies have shown this laser system to be highly effective in improving nails that have been discolored or deformed due to fungal and certain other infections.
Dr. Condon is a native Californian who has provided podiatric care to the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee Area since 1993. He first became interested in lower extremity biomechanics and anatomical structure vs. function relationships during his undergraduate degree at UC Davis, where he majored in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology.
