This comes from 39 years of love and respect for the BERNINA product and an attention taken to detail. We service machines based on "first in, first service". You are not required to make an appointment and machines can be brought in anytime during our operating hours. For MOST current models, all we need is your machine and the bobbin case.
A BERNINA dealer for over 39yrs. That makes BCS the oldest BERNINA dealership in the state of Ohio! With a whole product line to choose from, Beth's has become known for placing customers into the correct machine. If you're truly "working" or just "creating", it still makes it easier if you have all the right "toys"!
Our general class schedule is open to the public. The topic can range widely from making a garment, heirloom sewing, sewing with knits, construction, advancing sewing techniques, bags, totes, baskets, pillows, quilts. We have some classic standbys such as Machine Applique, Free Motion Quilting and Beginning Quilting along with some very active "Clubs".
Keep your inquires short and expect short answers. We would be happy to give a quick, fast answer, but more than likely, a detailed response is in order which is better handled in-person or over the phone. Most of all, we believe the purchase of a sewing machine should be done in your local market and it is important to support your community.

Best in central Ohio. I went to get my sewing machine fixed, and Mr. Steve told me how to truly make the best use of machine. I am grateful to have found them. JoAnns have nothing on them. These professionals have been in the business of sewing for my entire life. Go there ask questions, get your machine fixed and all.

I just got off the phone spoke to Odelle she was so nice and very helpful. I explained to her what the machine was doing she took the time to give me ideas of what it could be. Not sure if her suggestions will work but the fact that she took the time to explain a few very simple fixes instead of just saying bring it in to make money for her store says a lot about the people I will be dealing with should I need any repairs or a new sewing machine in the future. Much appreciated

Beth's Creative Stitchery is an amazing Bernina dealer. I bought my Bernina from them a number of years ago and received numerous classes included with my purchase. To this day they are always very helpful with any questions about my machine and provide excellent service. They know their machines! Laura is amazing. She and everyone who works there has so much knowledge about the products. They make sure every person gets a machine that is suited to their needs. Went here because customer service at singer said this place was a singer repair facility that covered warranties. Since i just purchased my machine, it was still covered. I went here and the lady told me they still were but are not accepting any machines because they were behind by 2 weeks. When I asked if i could be placed on a waiting list she said no and refused to take down my name and number. If you arent a certified shop I would let singer know and stop telling customers you can do that work.

Why would you purchase a new Bernina anywhere else when Beth's Creative Stitchery provides the best service of any dealer within hundreds of miles? In addition to exceptional service, many hours of complimentary training come with a new machine purchase. I drive two hours to get here; at today's class, I met someone who drives three hours to get here. That speaks volumes!

Saturday I was preparing to go to my guild's sew-in. When I picked up my Bernina I heard something fall off and roll. I searched the kitchen and still have not found the part. It was the button on top that you wrap the thread arLund when you fill the bobbin. So I stopped at Beth's Creative Stitchery in Columbus, Ohio to see if they had the part in stock.
Since 1992 I have purchased 2 top of the line Berninas, taken them there for all service needs and recommended Beth's to many friends who also purchased their Berninas too. I had another friend with me yesterday. And Beth's

I had a wonderful experience at Beth's Creative Stitchery today. Ming, an employee, was very helpful to me. I traveled to Ohio from Colorado. I had my Bernina machine, but left my buttonhole attachment in Colorado. Ming could not have been more accommodating. They were helpful and friendly when I telephoned compared to other companies I phoned. If I lived here, Beth's would have a new customer. Keep up the good work.

Beth's Creative Stitchery is the primary (and only, that I know of) dealer for Bernina sewing machines in central Ohio. I'm a Bernina gal myself, so this is where I take my baby for maintenence. She's over 20 years old now, and stil humming along without any problems.
The shop (by square foot) is about 1/3 sewing machine sales/repair, 1/2 classroom space, and 1/5 project supplies and kits. Very limited fabric selection, but I'd say this is more of a sewing-machine-needlework and technique place. Fairly large selection of books. I did get some nice dupoini silk here for a back
