Steve called shortly after I left a message about the service work needed. He arrived at a convenient time and went right to work. He showed me the needed repairs and how to maintain my sewing machine going forward. He was honest when I asked about purchasing new machine - he advised staying with my 44 y/o Kenmore!
Also hoped to get my grandmother’s 100+ y/o Singer treadle machine working - no problem! He took that back to shop for extra tlc.
Price for Kenmore very reasonable. And to repair antique Singer, far less than I expected.
I’d recommend his company and will use again if needed.

I contacted Steve on a Friday and he was able to come to my house the next day. I was very impressed with his extremely quick response time. He was able to diagnose my machine and fix it within 20 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of tips on how to keep my machine in good working order.

Amazing service! He had my machine up and running within hours of me calling him. He came to my house and had all the parts that were needed. Competitors quoted me at least 2 weeks and I would have to drop it off, this was so much better. He was kind and very knowledgeable about my machine. Called on a Sunday and he was available immediately. It only took him five minutes to explain the issue. In the end, it was cheaper for me to buy a refurbished machine which he also sells. He has a lot of them. For a little more than the repair, I ended up with a new machine that was much higher quality than the machine that was broken. Super nice guy who really taught me a lot about maintaining my machine, so that I never have to call him again. Overall, I'm very pleased and have already recommended him to others. He also sells fine quality refurbished sewing machines, so a great place to look

Steve was very quick to respond to my call and came to my house day-of. He had the parts needed on hand and fixed my machine in minutes. He also gave me a run-through of my machine and details regarding needles/thread, oil, etc. So grateful for his responsiveness, help, and kindness. Other places were booked weeks/months out. Now I'll be able to use my machine to sew Christmas presents! 10/10 recommend. Thank you, Steve!
