As a rock band our hair is important to us. I had an exceptional time with Erandy. She's a fantastic stylist. Very easy to work with. Very easy to talk to. She did a great job and I look fantastic and pretty again. Probably the easiest, quickest, best-valued, most positive experience I've had getting a cut and color. Much appreciated! Give Erandy a raise! Someone! Seriously:)

I absolutely loved my experience at Ciao Bella in Rockwall! If you ever want to get your hair done, go here for sure! This was my first experience getting hair extensions and I am in love. I've had them in for a little over a month now and I don't want to take them out. It feels like my hair and looks natural! Raegan did an amazing job on everything, including the color! She has a gift for sure! I will definitely be going back and using her.

I am not one to leave reviews, even when I have poor experiences. However, I am out of words with how Gloria Bueno, the salon manager, handled what should have been a quick phone call. On 1/26/2021 at 11am I went for a consult with Jordan (an amazing stylist who I think is very friendly, sweet, and does good work). I paid a deposit of $195 and scheduled my appointment for 2/1/2021 at 9am. They did not have the hair in stock so this is why I had to wait. The next morning, there was a major loss in my family and I was left with everything in my hands. I had to relocate for the time being to Houston

They’re a luxury full service salon that provides excellent, professional, friendly service. Jordan does such a beautiful job on my hair...color, cut, style and extensions!! :) She does an excellent job at it all!
I’ve been several times and will continue... Gloria and Jordan make the hour and a half drive very well worth it!

Took my wife in for her birthday. They are definitely skilled and knowledgeable. She said they took their time with her and made her feel so important, she was so happy when we left I had to come and give these guys their credit! Thank you for the excellent service, I'm glad we have now found a place we can go to that can actually make her completely happy all the way around!! See you soon!
