Dowd and crew did a fantastic install of a Hunter WiFi sprinkler system. The neatest crew we have ever had at our home.... can’t believe In one day such a neat 12 zone sprinkler install could be accomplished. The owner was present entire day which was a great selling point in my decision. Service is excellent.

Called Dowd for service and the tech arrived on time 24 hrs later and performed a repair for a reasonable price. First time using this firm. My other firm wanted $100 just to look at issue for estimate and then return a week later and do repair. Will use Dowd going forward for all service. Highly recommend.

Pat installed our system a few years ago. He comes out every spring to service it and in the fall to blow it out. I really wanted the same company to install and service and Pat was the guy.
Update: We used Dowd for outdoor lighting this summer. I have to say his design was much different than mine and I went with his since he is the professional. He was correct and it looks great!

Had my sprinkler system inspected and replaced few valve and control panel. Pat was excellent, arrived on time, professional and friendly. Understood my needs and was able to provide me solutions as needed.. never felt like he was pushing me to purchase equipment/plans unnecessarily. Highly recommend company.

Pat came out right away to look at property and give a estimate for installing sprinkler system(on a holiday weekend). Gave a very fair and reasonable price for work and parts involved. He fit me into his busy schedule quickly and had the system installed and running within 2 weeks of estimate. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Dowd Irrigation is exceptional - from the first appointment, where Pat came to provide an estimate at our convenience, to the install of our front and back yard, and to the follow up questions. Pat is great and the system has worked really well. Pat took extra time to walk us through the full system. And when we had a water issue from the recent rains (unrelated to the sprinkler system), Pat came by to help us understand the issue and how to resolve. Above and beyond, and at a very competitive price. We would highly recommend this company.

I'm surprised there aren't dozens of 5 star reviews. I guess when all clients are happy they don't think about posting their review. Well, we have been very happy with Dowd Irrigation. Pat Dowd and his entire crew really know their stuff and they get the job done right. We moved into a home where the irrigation system hadn't been maintained for a few years. In no time we were set up perfectly and the crew even programmed our system to run at the correct times. Highly recommended!

Dowd is the real deal. We had spoken to numerous service contractors and no one set themselves apart the way Patrick Dowd did. Not only is he a veteran in the sprinkler/irrigation business, but he understands how to connect the dots with system design as the plan has a direct impact on the full scope of the landscape design of the property.
Each head was strategically placed to properly water all lawn, shrub, and tree zones. Dowd doesn't cut corners and takes great pride in using top of the line Hunter products and the latest smart controller technology for maximum efficiency.
