Wow! I had such an amazing experience working with Simply Radient events to plan a surprise bachelorette for my friend. I called and spoke to,Courtney, she helped bring everything to life. I was super stressed because I had never planned a bachelorette beach picnic before and had no idea how I would make it happen until I met Courtney and her team. Courtney was beyond amazing she was the event planner for my daughters wedding this past Saturday she was on top of everything. The day was perfect she arranged all the decorations ect.. With very little direction made sure all vendors were on time and handle any minor mishap with complete professionalism. She took care of everything allowing my daughter to relax and enjoy her day. The wedding would not have been as successful without her. She started her Saturday with us at 10:00am and did not leave the venue until midnight to make sure that everything was finished. Courtney was wonderful to work with. She was the coordinator hired by the client to handle the planning of an awards dinner at the venue where I work. She partnered very well with me provide an amazing outcome for their guests. She was very responsive, creative and extremely pleasant to work with. We had to scale our bi-annual user conference to support more customers than ever before, in a venue that was more costly than we had ever spent in the past. With customers coming thousands of miles to our event, the pressure was on to deliver an excellent experience. Courtney took on the challenge and excelled.
