The experience was seamless! We had to take a test last minute and the service was excellent! We interacted with both Leeza and Liz and they were so personable! It’s exactly what we needed after a harrowing experience and the process + the service center was great! They also had small water bottles for travellers which I thought was a great touch!

I was very comfortable to have the test because the staff at the site guided me and placed the test very kindly and gently. The staff talked to me nicely so I was encouraged and never felt insecure. I enjoyed it! And I could received the report almost on time and the Emergency Results response line also guided me nicely and could find the report soon even my communication skill was not really good.

Heathly visit appointment for my 5 year old was a pleasure and went super smooth with the toddler walking away super happy. The NP. Levin is a heartwarming medical professional.
