Dr. Sawlani received a Certificate of Recognition from the NCQA for providing quality cardiovascular and stroke care to his patients. Dr. Sawlani founded the practice in 2002, finished his Internal Medicine training at Rush/Westlake hospital, Chicago, IL, and was Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1996.
We take great pride in coordinating care of our patients with our specialist colleagues and helping our patient understand their medical problem better. We also provide assistance in making appointments for our patients for various tests and specialist appointments. We are proud to announce that we have collaborated with Telemedicine for our patients.

Dr Sawlani Has been my Dr for many years he is a great Dr before he took over for Dr DelMundo the staff over the years have changed alot Rosie is the only one there and is very kind me and my spouse do go there the only reason is your front staff and some of your MA'S are very rude I waited 26 minutes just to ask a question she picked up then put me back on hold when she got another phone call one day I went just for a shot was there for 2 hours before I walked out if this continues I will change my Dr I have referred people there and even my co worker tell me the same thing Dr Sawlani you are

If you go here for your healthcare and are taken care of by the nurse practitioner or by Dr. Sawlani know that you will be well taken care of by them personally. However, once you see them that's where the good care stops with the exception of the staff who takes your blood work. I have to give this office a 1 star (too many) for the office staff in the front. I will never understand why there are people who are truly miserable working jobs that require experience, education, manners and respect. He is by far the best doctor I've ever dealt with. I've been his patient for wanna say 30 years give or take and I have no complaints he is by far the greatest Doctor I've ever had. Great doctor!! I have been treated by many doctors, went through many PCP's and DR Sawlani is by far the most caring one! He understands that stress and his patients situation at home has a big impact on health. He always askes me how is everything at home, work and if someone has an ailment in my household ha asks how he can help. My wife is also his patient and we agree that Dr Sawlani is very professional, caring, and puts his patients needs first. His staff is also very professional and nice. Although online said walk-ins welcome, I made an appointment online for my mom’s first visit 2 weeks ahead and also called a week in advance to confirm the appointment, yet when we came in for visit they said her appointment was not in the system so we have to wait two hours and didn’t even get to see her doctor nor getting the flu shot that my mom came for. The APN seen my mom for 10-15 min and told my mom to go get labs and flu shot. But after labs someone just straight up told her she cannot get the flu shot today, without giving any reason. My experience has been a very good on at Central Primary Care. The receptionists are always on top of things and kept u up to date on your appts ahead of time. The nurses there are awesome! Very friendly and conscientious to your needs and they listen to you and explain things to you in a very comfortable matter to wish you can understand. Dr. Sawlani himself is an excellent doctor to which I would refer him to anyone. He explains things to you so u understand them let you know about what kind of medicines you need and explains how to take him properly. He makes sure that you understand everything

I am so pleased and Impressed by this office! I see Bianca Lopez NP she is amazing. And Dr SawlanibI see also he is very caring too such wonderful providers. All the medical assistants and referrals and front office are wonderful their whole staff is great. They know how to give exceptional all around about care for your needs! The Staff are very Polite and Professional and if your sick they find you an appointment ASAP . Doctors are very Professional and Caring . I’ve been hospitalized several times and Dr . Haresh Sawlani is a Wonderful Doctor he comes to the hospital to see his patients or he sends the other Doctor that’s with him in the Clinic. I’ve been his patient for over 4 years and I’m very great ful for his outstanding Professionalism in how he cares for his patients.
