He is quite knowledgeable, in his own right! His prices are very reasonable. I see no reason to go anywhere else. I visited Walsh Jewelers to have repairs on two gold chains. I was greeted by Sean Walsh. He was very professional and courteous. After examining my items Sean gave me the price. We completed the transaction with interesting information about their business and my concern about travel to Menomonee Falls. It was a very enjoyable experience and I look forward to picking up my chains. We shook hands as I left . Please visit these fine people.😊

I was looking for a jeweler for a small watch fix so I searched in Google and picked Walsh for its proximity to home but mostly because of its reviews rating.
After visiting them I can say the rating is well earned. The service was quick and worth it, and the owner is just a good, honest person. In times like this dealing with a person / company like that is what you most want.
Will certainly stop by again when need arises.

Popped in for watch battery replacement after doing a general Google search for jewelers in my area. The fantastic reviews convinced me to try Walsh and I'm glad I did.

I purchased a watch for my daughter as a Christmas gift this year and it will need to have a few links removed. I'll definitely be visiting Walsh in January to have that done! :o)

Great place, and great guy who owns this place. I emailed the owner from his website asking if there was a way that I could get my watch metal watch band resized because I had a brand new watch, and he promptly emailed me back and told me I could come in starting May 8, 2020, Only one customer in the store at a time because of COVID-19 restrictions. Not only did he do a great job resizing the band, but he also reset a function on another watch I was wearing where the stopwatch function would not return to the 12 o'clock position after you were done using it. I thought he was going to charge
