I show up 10 min late kinda handicap fresh out of my wheelchair now 5 mos so I'm slow. She tells me she has to reschedule because I was late 10 min. I asked 10 min u serious she said yes I said there is nobody here. So I walked out waited in parking lot now 30 min right in front of the door and nobody has went in wow talk about going out of business..

I have been a patient here for several years now and I leave feeling taken care of every time. I always have many questions and can be very indecisive about things yet everyone shows so much patience. Dr. Carr is so informative and I learn something new from her every time I'm there. My husband and I went in for our annual check ups today and nearly the whole staff helped us pick out glasses we would be happy with and didn't rush us at all. They were all so fun and welcoming. Thank you to Dr. Natalie Carr and the staff for being so awesome!

Edwardsville Vision Center has been by far my worst experience with an eyecare provider and customer service in general. I ordered my glasses in early March and didn't get them until nearly may for starters. They gave me a package I did not order that made my glasses tinted yellow and when I told them about it they tried convincing me to try them out and get used to them. I knew by the end of that day I didn't like it at all and explained that to them. Their response was rude and they acted like this was my fault. Had an appointment over a month out since I needed a late day. Left work early the day of the appointment to get there on time. When I arrived they were closed. They failed to let me know the Dr. Had canceled my appointment. Made a second one, then I was notified I may have been exposed to COVID. I canceled to keep everyone safe. Next time I could get in would be just over 2 months.
They should have bumped someone else since the originally bumped me without notice.

The eye doctor here is very young, but extremely friendly, thorough and professional. She knows her stuff! The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Choosing Edwardsville Vision Center was the best choice I could have made! I've not dealt with such friendly people in any doctors office in a very long time and going here was like a breath of fresh air seeing that people taking your money can still be friendly and courteous.
