Services
Dr. John H. Khouri has practiced orthodontics in Gainesville, Virginia, since 2002. After receiving his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine, Dr. Khouri practiced general dentistry for four years and taught dental students at the University of Pennsylvania.
Upon arriving, new patients will be greeted by our front office team. You will be asked to fill out paperwork, if you have not done so online. If you have dental or orthodontic coverage, or if you are unsure, bring in your insurance card so we can verify your benefits. New patients should plan to spend at least an hour with us for your first visit.
Today's orthodontic methods are less painful and less disruptive to your daily life than they were even a decade ago. Following your initial evaluation, we will discuss treatment plan options that best suit your needs and preferences. Options include traditional metal braces (that are fun to change out colors), clear ceramic braces, removable appliances, and Invisalign.
Getting braces can be an exciting time for patients. It can also be somewhat overwhelming at times, and you may have questions during the process. At Khouri Orthodontics, we are here to help you with any questions or concerns that you may have. You may notice that your teeth and mouth feel a little tender or sore for the first few days of having your braces.

Dr. Khouri is both brilliant and dedicated to his field and never settles for anything less that the best. I enjoyed my treatment with him immensely as he was always polite, explanatory, devoted, and kept the comfort of his patients in mind. The staff is top notch and every single clinician that works there has always been respectful, efficient, and hard working. My daughter had an amazing experience with Dr Khouri and his wonderful staff. Each and every staff member in this office has extremely good chair side manners and lovely smiles! Even the ladies in the front office are warm and welcoming.! We were always able to get last minute appointment changes and never once were we made to feel like a burden when requesting a change. I love this practice and all of the staff!! I came here to have an assessment for Invisalign and have been SO pleased with my results! As a mama of 2 young children, straightening my front teeth was just the right dose of self-care I needed! Dr. Khouri is kind, honest, and truly brilliant! I have dealt with 4 different Orthodontist practices for the kids as we have moved around the country, Dr. Khouri by far runs the best I have seen, there is no aspect of interaction that I can not rave about. The consultation was fantastic, prices reasonable, scheduling is easy, they are very flexible, and most importantly the results are as expected. The staff is great,My Son never complained about going there, This is what all Orthodontist offices should aspire to be.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Khouri and his staff. I came from out of town and needed a retainer. He not only accommodated me with little notice, but went the extra mile to be thorough and ensure the result was a quality product. Dr. Khouri's bedside manner was excellent along with his staff. As a mother with 3 young children I would not hesitate to bring my kids to Dr. Khouri for all their orthodontic needs. I noticed he was very gentle and patient with the children and believe he could handle even my anxiety-prone oldest child. As a nurse I'm always looking out for hygiene

We have had an excellent experience with Khouri Orthodontics! They offered to do more for my daughter's teeth for equal or less money than other practices in the area, and they kept the overall health of her teeth as their priority not just the orthodontics portions of her care. Wish I could give more stars!! We adore this practice. Dr. Khouri and his staff are thoughtful to the needs of each individual patient, take their time with the patients, totally family and child friendly, and each member of the practice make very easy to make and alter appointments (braces do require regular appointments for adjustments and the staff went out of their way to help us minimize school or activities missed to accommodate). Made the kids feel good about themselves and the changes needed when making orthodontic manipulations...staff make the experience fun for them and work extremely

The staff are always very professional and super friendly. Dr. Khouri is also very professional and great about explaining the treatment plan, answering questions, and updating the parent at various points throughout the term of treatment. If I ever needed to get my child in for a quick fix or change an appointment, they are always so accommodating there!

My second daughter has just finished her treatment at Dr. Khouri's office and we are more than please with the process from beginning to end as well as the final results. One of my daughters was very self conscious about her teeth before starting braces and now that they are off she smiles more than ever before. Every visit to the office was always very pleasant, the staff is very nice and was always helpful any time I had any questions. Dr. Khouri always took the time the make sure not only myself but my daughters as well understood what was being done throughout treatment.

Everyone at Khouri Orthodontics office is very helpful and nice. Without having braces myself as a child or adult I had no clue what I was getting into when my son needed them. Dr Khouri explained everything in easy to understand terms. The girls who work in the back are very kind as well. I never have a problem making appointments or talking about billing with the ladies upfront either. My daughter is next in line for her braces and I could not imagine going any where else for them.
