First time here I was recommended by my original dentist for braces. The place was super clean and the lady gave back my license she cleaned it! of course for COVID I never seen any one do that since this pandemic wow I mean wow . They went over everything thing with me very transparent loved it . I had to call back a couple of times about payment form no one got annoyed can't wait to get a nice smile and straight teeth.

5 stars for the wonderful women who took care of me here. All receptionists/admin I encountered, smiled and were very polite. They explained billing, top to bottom. Since I had another claim pending in my dental insurance, (wisdom teeth from a couple weeks prior), they also advised the 'possibility' of this (difference) of cost change. I understood it perfectly and was so glad they advised this info. Not many places will take the time to tell you about the "what if's". Where to begin?! You walk in and the office is breathtaking. Very clean, up to date technology, staff super friendly and helpful. I liked how the DR Michelle T. was so calming during my root canal and her tone was so relaxing she explained everything she was doing every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable as I was very anxious. Root canals do not hurt like people make them seem lol I am a little sore but in way less pain than I was before the procedure.

I NEVER write reviews but I was soooooo pleased with Dr.Russo she was AWSOME the entire time of my appointment. I had to have a root canal I was extremely nervous and she made me feel SO comfortable she's so nice her bedside manner is outstanding she listens and she answers any questions you have she took her time to make sure my TMJ didn't flair up (I had a bad experience at a different dental office) she is all about caring and treating her patients needs!! I've only seen her once but that's all it took. Lol I told her I would write a review because I was so pleased with her

I am a mister Dr. Toms ortho patient and I highly recommend him to all. He is knowledgeable in his specialty, has state of the art equipment, and great chair side manner. Friendly staff at the front desk with Littza and in the back office with Karla.
This is a dual office with root canal specialist. Mrs. Toms is on that specialty side. I have not had the pleasure to sit in her chair. She is as professional and friendly as her husband.

I have seen both Dr Michelle and Dr Kevin Toms for dental care and they are amazing! So kind and genuine, very thorough in explaining everything and answering questions, and everything I had to have done I was given options and did not feel forced into anything. As a young adult their staff worked with me on finances and are always very welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone needing orthodontic or endodontic work. Scheduling has never been a problem either as I've experienced other places. I'm very happy I happened to stop by for a second opinion on a surgery last year, I ended up being offered

Dr. Toms performed a root canal on my 14 year old son. She was kind, gentle, and caring. She took her time to explain what she was doing and made sure my son was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. My son is a first time patient of Dr. Toms - we traveled 45 minutes to see her. Friendly atmosphere, beautiful office, and very kind staff. I would recommend them to anyone who needs braces, as Dr. Kevin did a great job on my daughter's teeth. My daughter had a great experience at the dentist getting a root canal if you can believe that! We were so pleased with the care we received that we decided to go back when it was… time to get an Orthodontics consultation. We were not disappointed at all. Going to the dentist is the worst! Having to have an emergency root canal is even worse! Dr. Michelle Tom's is THE BEST ENDODONTIST IN THE WORLD!!! She is so calming and soft spoken. My experience could not have been any better! Her staff is just as AMAZING as she is!! I was charged about $500 for some X-ray and medicine that was placed in my tooth. They wanted to take the full amount before they did any actual work. Went to my regular dentist and decided to go another route that would save me some money. Call Dr. Toms for a refund, they tell me that the financial person was on vacation. Called back the following week, financial person was out until end of week. They told me they sent a refund check on Monday, today is Friday. Haven't received anything from them. Why couldn't they refund it to my credit card, the way I paid them? Call again to see

Dr. Kevin Toms rocks! I had been having trouble with a retainer made by another orthodontist and went in to Dr. Toms' office to see if there was anything he could do for me. The staff at the office thoroughly checked my mouth, taking several pictures of my teeth. Then, Dr. Toms came in to see how my old retainer fit. He explained several different options and ended up fixing my old retainer so it fit perfectly. He and the rest of his staff were awesome! I never felt rushed or that I was wasting their time with such a small issue. What a great experience!

This practice is great. I had concerns after a number of procedures at my primary dentist went a bit sideways and after 2 root canals, ended up over here at Toms for an additional consult. First the staff is super friendly and Dr. Michelle Toms was awesome. Oh,.. And they can do full 360 degree scans, uhh... This means detailed 3d imaging of your… mouth which most places can't do. In the end I only needed a consult, not further work required. How often do you hear that? I highly recommend them, so much so, I made an appointment here for my daughter's orthodontia consult as I know they will

I was very concerned about a needed root canal as I was traveling outside of the US on the other side of the globe when the tooth flared up. I was able to make an appointment, get the proper advice so I would be comfortable flying and the tooth would be ready to work on as soon as I landed. Dr. Toms (the female version) Was my Doctor...BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE...no one wants a root canal, but she made it easy, pain free and she was without a doubt the best dental professional I have ever encountered. 100 percent recommended!

We couldn't be happier with Dr. Kevin Toms and our experience at Toms Orthodontics. Dr. Toms is knowledgeable and personable, and he explains everything thoroughly and patiently. We love the other staff members also- always smiling and helpful. The office is beautiful. I have two children in orthodontic treatment there now and will soon be starting orthodontics there for a third child. Dr. Michelle Toms is on of the most gentle, compassionate and capable doctors I have ever come in contact with. Her bedside manner is impeccable and she genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The office staff was friendly, helpful and easy to work with both on the phone and in person. Every part of the experience (from making the appointment, to getting x-rays from a wonderful tech/dental assistant, to the actual procedure to billing) was flawless and a pleasant encounter. I cant say enough good things about this place. The staff was super friendly and Doctor Michelle was extremely knowledgeable. She took time to perform a proper diagnostic on a tooth that has been giving me so much pain it actually transferred the pain to the two teeth in front of it (honestly) It's reassuring for piece of mind cause who wants work done on the wrong tooth. Anyways they offer a 30% discount off if you don't have dental insurance which I thought was great. Needless to say if you need some work done on your pearly whites this is the place to go.
